Hunting
There are hundreds of kilometers of roads surrounding White Pine Lodge, prime for hunting, as well as nearby lakes and rivers.

The surrounding BMA consists of 283 square kilometers. Non-resident licenses can be purchased at any MNR office or in the nearby town of Foleyet. An outdoor card is required to purchase this license.
Baiting starts 1st of May and 1st of August. We have multiple bait sites depending on the number of hunters and transportation is available if needed. Bring your own tree stand or climber.
Moose
Highway 101 is the border between WMU 30 and 31. We have adult tags for cow in WMU 31.

Fishing
There are dozens of lakes nearby for fishing. Some are easily accessible, while others are remote, requiring 4-wheel drive vehicles. The Ivanhoe and Groundhog Rivers are also nearby, along with other creeks and streams.
Some of the fish that are plentiful in our surrounding waterways include:

- Speckles
- Sturgeon (catch and release only)
Live bait is available on site to guests only - request during booking (minnows only). Boat rentals are also available (Pleasure Craft Operator Card required): 14’ boat with a 9.9 mercury motor, with life jackets, one tank of gas and a safety container for $400/week (damages extra).
